Reincarnation of Your Hair!

Of course every girl loves her hair! Yet, we really don’t care about it as much as we should. We put our hair through so much torture in its lifetime! All the chemicals, extreme heat, hairsprays and all kind of treatments, products that we use cause so much damage to our hair.
Then, we cry at the sight of split-ends and what appear to be burnt edges of our hair. I believe that to do anything to your skin or hair requires a lot of patience because I personally do not believe in shortcuts When it comes to taking care of your hair or skin,
so here are a few ways to repair your hair.
The first step to getting your hair back is to cut ‘em short.
If you don’t want to cut them really short, get at least 2 inches chopped off to get rid of the dead hair and some split ends. If you have layers, get a trim. It will give your hair a healthier look suddenly.
Don’t stop with the chopping, that is just the beginning.
Now you need to remember to wash your hair, but wash it three days a week (MAXIMUM four). This is because if you wash your hair daily will make your hair dry and brittle. Those who have oily hair can dust some baby powder in their scalp. It sounds bizarre, but it actually works in absorbing all the oil on your scalp.
Apply conditioner once a week.

Pamper your hair by going to one of those fancy hair spas or doing it on your own. However, you should reviewthe products being used very carefully before applying.
Apply warm olive or almond oil mixed with rosemary leaves (which you will strain once oil is warmed) and massage for a good 15 minutes. Wrap it in a muslin cloth and towel to keep it warm.
Keep it wrapped for twenty minutes. Wash your hair thoroughly and apply a hair mask for further protection. Wash the hair mask off. Air dry your hair.
Don’t wring them in a towel or dry it by a blow dryer.
Another thing about hair wash is that you should never wash your hair with hot water, luke warm or cold water should be used. This is because warm or hot hair opens up the pore on your scalp and causes hair loss. If you have to, remember to run your scalp through cold water once before you step out of the shower.
We pay very little attention what we eat and it is extremely important to eat healthy in order to have healthy hair!
Eat alot of vitamin A, B, C, citrus fruits and vegetables.
Now, we come to the hardest part! For at least a month, stop any kind for harsh treatment like color or blow-drying/straightening. It is difficult but you have to pay a price for all the damage you’ve done to your hair! Keep your hair tied neatly, but neat does not mean tight buns or high ponies! Braid it loosely or scrunch up gently into a sexy bun.
Try to use as little products from the market as possible and avoid all kinds of hair style techniques –straightening, hair sprays for a while!
You will see that with the oiling your hair will grow longer quickly and it will be healthy as well! Say adios to straightners, hair dryers, chemicals for a while and your hair will be saying bye-bye to split ends and danged hair!
Lastly, never brush wet hair because they are vulnerable as they stretch and ultimately break off.
