Cracked Heels

Beautiful feet are the sign of nice personality. Usually we pay attention to our face, hands but feet are ignored or sometimes we get tired until we reach to our feet. So crack heels are the sign of lack of attention, not just by overexposure or dryness, or lack of moisturizer. By continuous pressure of whole body on feet these heels get cracked or fissures appear in feet. These cracks are not only looks untidy but also painful if get infected. So proper of attention should be given as soon as they appeared.

HOME REMEDIES FOR CRACKED HEELS:

The following home remedies should be taken as soon as the cracks appear on feet.

1. Apply any hydrogenated vegetable oil on the cracks Tithe cracks should be covered completely with thick coating of it and after applying put some socks and leave them overnight, at morning apply some soap and wash the feet by rubbing with coarse stone, In this way the dead skin of feet cracks removed.
2. Apply the pulp of ripe banana on dry heels it will recover the cracks. It should be done on daily basis. The pulp should be mixed with avocado or flesh of coconut. These two have essential oil and vitamins which give nourishment to cracked cells and after some time the heels get soft smooth.
3. Application of simple lemon extract is also very beneficial for cracked heels, because as we know that lemons of acidic nature and it will exfoliate the dead cells.
4. Dip your feet in Luke warm water and in to it add some shampoo and the feet should be soaked in to it for at least twenty minutes then the cracked part is gently scrubbed with some scrubber and if in this water some table salt is added it will give the relaxing effect to the feet.
5. Before going to bed apply Vaseline mixed in lemon juice and leave it for over night and rinse the feet at morning. This should be done on daily basis if feet have tendency of cracked heels.
6. Many products available in market for cracked heels but you can make your own lotion by mixing olive oil. Lavender oil. Lemon juice in a small bottle and apply it daily on your feet at night and wash your feet at morning.

In spite of all this a good and balanced diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables will give a soft smooth skin from face to feet.
